Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into appointments• Assist prospective tenants in finding properties• Collect rent and organize payments• Take detailed messages for agents and managers• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person• Remain knowledgeable of all homes on the market• Overcome obstacles to close sales• Responsible for showing rental homes• Assist in general office work/tasks
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• One year or more of customer service experience• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Must have a reliable vehicle• Must be able to work nights and weekends• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Must maintain a professional appearance• Computer literacy is required
Key Skills Needed
• Experience in customer service and/or property management• Good knowledge of office administration/Office management• Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
