Role Summary:
We're in search of a driven Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our business, engaging with leads to drive growth. Spending your day connecting with potential clients, your primary objective will be to schedule high-quality real estate appointments, enabling our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to leads via cold calling, utilizing provided lists of expired listings and FSBOs.
- Manage and nurture buyer leads, guiding them through the sales process.
- Schedule appointments for our agents to meet with potential sellers and buyers.
- Maintain a consistent call volume, aiming to meet personal and team targets.
- Track and analyze key metrics and appointment outcomes.
- Address client objections effectively to secure appointments.
- Cultivate and uphold positive client relationships, reflecting our professional image.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Personality: A natural communicator with a DISC profile close to DI or ID (Dominant, Influential), excelling in interactive, persuasive roles.
- Skills: Strong ability to handle objections, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Persistence: Committed to seeing tasks through to completion, with the drive to exceed targets.
- Experience: While previous sales experience, particularly in real estate or telesales, is advantageous, it's not mandatory. Customer service experience is valued, with call center experience being a bonus.
