The Innovation Marketing Manager is a new role and will be responsible for driving short term growth and assisting in long term growth, while supporting to building consensus across the organization. You will work closely with Insights, R&D, Brand Teams and the Sales Organization to drive new differentiated propositions into market.
Primary Responsibilities to support the development of the Innovation Pipeline:
Support the development of the long-term innovation pipeline in alignment with overall business and brand objectives.Lead the execution of the brand innovation pipeline; managing timing, proposition and channel delivery (brick and mortar as well as eComm).Help to identify emerging food trends, market gaps, and consumer insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.Lead the Proposition Launches:
Drive end-to-end proposition development (from concept development through new product launches), collaborating with cross-functional teams including Insights, R&D, Operations, and Sales.Develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring seamless integration with overall brand messaging across the different channels.Drive with Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D to understand product capabilities and unique selling propositions.Collaborate with Sales to create effective sales enablement tools and ensure successful product launches in the market.Collaborate with Insights to ensure consumer centric innovation.Lead Performance Measurement:
Help to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of propositions and platformerAnalyze performance and consumer feedback to continuously optimize and iterate propositions. Key Qualifications 4-6 years' experience in Food or Beverage; Supplements experience preferredProven experience in leading and launching new production innovation in both fuzzy front end innovation and close in innovationProven experience leading multiple cross functional teams towards a shared execution in a condensed timeframeProven experience moving innovation through a matrix organization at a rapid pace.Proven experience managing a brand or innovation team with P&L responsibility. GPN manufactures and markets the full range of performance nutrition and lifestyle products including protein, pre-workout, muscle gainers, ready-to-eat snacks and general health.
