This can include;Product level program management, commercial program management, cross product / technical site program management and or external partnerships to deliver a productStrategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesOversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedProgram ManagementResponsible for prioritizing and budgeting strategic initiatives while managing dependencies between projectsDriving alignment across the program and product management core teamsDelivering a program that meets customer needs, business needs and market needs on time, budget, and scopeProvide necessary leadership including Program/ project interdependency analysisDevelop, communicate, and document project strategies and plans including budget, detailed schedule creation/maintenance, KPIsProvides input to establishing program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets.Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams, commercial teams, customers, and external partners depending on the programWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentEnsure projects remain aligned with the project plan by addressing any resource conflicts and addressing problems as they emerge. Facilitate project team meetings; prepare agenda, facilitatediscussion during meeting, take and distribute meeting minutesTrack spending associated to project. Provide monthly forecasts on upcoming spendingForecast resource and skill set needs for the project and participate in resourcing discussions/negotiationProcess and SkillsIdentify improvements to existing project management processes, systems, and toolsCollaborate with other department employees to facilitate process improvementsDevelop the Project Management skills of others, especially team members. Provide tactical and/or operational leadership and coachingEstablish plans and implements policies and strategies. Goal achievement is typically accomplishedthrough performance of program team members.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree requiredMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experienceNice to HaveMedical Device industry experience- knowledge of new product development, DRM, clinical trial management, quality systems, global regulatory experience.Experience developing solutions for clinicians.Advanced degree such as MS, MBA, with strong financial acumenExtensive experience leading a complex project/program including financial accountability including strong preference for PMP certification.Prior experience managing large/complex site to site transfer projects in a manufacturing environment.Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives simultaneously.Knowledgeable of U.S. Food and Drug Law and WW regulatory, device safety and/or regulatory/clinical research.A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
