Primary Responsibilities:
Engage in daily stand-up meetings, ensuring transparent communication and alignment within the team.
Utilize diverse job platforms to connect with qualified candidates, actively supporting them in their job search.
Proactively research, recommend, and open new sourcing channels to engage passive candidates.
Cultivate lasting relationships with candidates, laying the foundation for future opportunities.
Conduct thorough video and phone interviews to assess technical expertise.
Prepare candidates for interviews, providing valuable insights and guidance.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team.
Maintain regular contact with consultants to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging networking and industry knowledge.
Desired Skill & Experience:
Minimum of 5-6 years of recruiting experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and AI technology.
Previous experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an agency environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
