Position Summary: The purpose of the Business Acuity Plan is to assess, engage, implement, and sustain new practices both in practices and business procedures. The plan will encompass three main areas to achieve the purpose. The first is Implementation Science (IS) with components of accounting, and marketing. From the accounting perspective, we aim to utilize financial data from providers to calculate the current cost per client in programs. Second, we aim to work out switching costs and determine the financial implications associated with transitioning clients from one program to another. Lastly, we aim to develop supervised machine learning models to predict the financial outcomes (e.g., efficiency ratios, program costs) of transitioning clients to community-oriented services
These techniques can also tell us what the key demographic, clinical and program-related drivers are that influence successful client transitions, and how these can be identified to optimize the transition process
We aim to explore the use of predictive analytics to identify factors influencing successful transitions and potential obstacle
This person is responsible for the maintenance and support of the network, hardware and software. They also handle project design, implementation and execution. They're responsible for overseeing technical training and resource support for all end-users and perform as project lead under the IT director. When the help desk escalates their support requests, the systems analyst assists Duties & Responsibilities: Monitors, maintains, and upgrades applicable technology systems in assigned area of responsibility, which includes quality assurance, problem solving, researching user issues, performing upgrades and maintenance, and implementing system modifications Writes and maintains user report programs based on the needs of internal customers Supports, troubleshoots, and upgrades applicable system infrastructures Analyzes business process issues and/or problems and provides consulting assistance to system users; conducts research on possible solutions and makes recommendations based on findings; develops proposals that outline feasibility and costs; suggests, designs, tests, implements, and evaluates solutions Provides technical end-user support, including researching user complaints, researching issues, answering technical questions, and/or assisting with application revisions Understands and implements procedures for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA), Family Education Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance Creates, reviews and implements procedures for data security Develops a variety of applications, procedures, reports, scripts, and/or interfaces. Maintains a variety of records and/or documentation for assigned area of responsibility Monitors and maintains systems to ensure system integrity and security, which may include: duplicating and backing up data, managing user accounts and authorizations, maintaining software security, and/or performing other related activities Other duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail
General Days/Hours: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours as requested and/or needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Three to five (3-5) years in an IT department Minimum Qualifications: An earned Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
