Dagne Dover is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to support our influencer program. The role requires a passion for influencer marketing and social media. This candidate will have a strong grasp of the influencer landscape, including new and emerging talent, and be able to successfully identify on-brand partnerships. You will work closely alongside the Influencer Marketing Manager and cross-functionally with the social media team + growth marketing team. The Role:
Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to strategically propose talent for ROI-driven partnerships Field inquiries and support with outreach efforts Manage product shipments to influencers and communicate weekly gifting roundups to greater team Provide support for events to ensure influencer attendance and brand partner gifting Stay up-to-date on competitors' influencer strategy Attend meetings, present ideas, assist with monthly performance wrap reports, and support content calendars Collaborate with key stakeholders to source influencers for curated gift boxes Work closely with social team to integrate influencer content into organic strategy Monitor and flag brand mentions and tags on social channels Monitor industry trends and FTC guidelines You:
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing role for an agency or brand is preferred Prior knowledge of the influencer landscape preferred Fluency of social platforms (including Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube) Are obsessed with all things data and metrics Exceptional relationship management skills Strong visual and verbal presentation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Must be based in NYC The expected starting hourly rate is $20.00. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
