Wellspring Early Learning Center is seeking teacher positions for infants, toddlers, and After School aged children.Responsibilities include caring for children and managing day-to-day activities of the classroom.Candidates should have effective communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
• Directly supervising and interacting with children.• Ensuring compliance with center policies and state regulations.• Implementing classroom activities based on educational curriculum.• Maintaining frequent communication with parents.• Ensuring a healthy and safe classroom environment.• Maintaining necessary classroom paperwork.• Maintaining personal professional development plan.• Following a provided curriculum and center policies.• Creating a stimulating environment for children.• Interfacing with parents, children, and fellow staff.
Requirements
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, motivated individual, problem solver, reliable and consistent.• High energy and ability to work well with others.• Organizational and interpersonal skills.• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).• Clearing a full fingerprint and background check.• Passing a physical examination.• Physical abilities such as kneeling, bending, squatting, crawling, and lifting up to 30 pounds.• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Early Childhood training, experience, certifications preferred.
