High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Appropriate certifications or College Degree a plus. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Industrial electrical / Maintenance field in a MFG Environment Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics Working mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Welding Experience is a plus What else will you do? Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production machines. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. Lasers Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Always clean up after each job, and at the end of shift. Performing routine electrical maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Operation Monitoring, watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to assure machine is working properly. Repairing machines or systems using the correct -needed tools. Troubleshooting, determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about to correct the problem. Quality Control Analysis, conducting test and inspections of equipment, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Any other duties as assigned. Excellent work safety history.
