Responsibilities
• Approving, reviewing, and processing purchase orders for internal and external customers• Reviewing and analyzing reports to check service levels and inventory turns• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensuring product data accuracy• Managing inventory investment buys and approving Account Payable variance processes• Organizing and prioritizing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and resolving complaints• Completing special projects, utilizing Microsoft Office and proprietary host systems
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred• 1+ years of directly related experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities• Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to work under pressure• Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working in changing environments• Collaboration skills and ability to resolve customer complaints
