Responsibilities
• Developing and managing relationships with individual donors• Planning, coordinating, and implementing donor engagement strategies• Identifying and developing ties with new high-net-worth donors and prospects• Designing highly customized donor engagement plans• Integrating planned giving options into donor development activities• Maintaining and capturing critical donor information• Assisting in new prospect research and identification• Participating in the development and implementation of segment strategies• Working collaboratively with the Development team• Developing realistic and attainable budget projections
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or CFRE is preferred• Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience• Proven track record of personally cultivating and closing large contributions• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently• Cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion• Proficient with GSuite, project management tools, and donor databases• Demonstrated commitment to the performing arts is a plus• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative team player• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
