Job Summary:Les Stanford Chevrolet and Cadillac is seeking an experienced Incentive Coordinator to join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team. As an Incentive Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all incentive programs for our dealership in Dearborn, Michigan. This is a full-time individual contributor role and offers a competitive salary in the auto industry.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary in line with experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysResponsibilities:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all manufacturer incentive programs for both Chevrolet and Cadillac brandsMonitor manufacturer websites and communicate any changes or updates to dealership managementCoordinate with sales department to ensure all incentive programs are properly applied and documented for each vehicle saleCalculate and distribute incentive payouts to sales staff according to manufacturer guidelinesCollaborate with accounting team to accurately record and report all incentive expensesIdentify any discrepancies or issues with incentive programs and work with manufacturers to resolve themStay updated on industry trends and changes in incentive programs to ensure dealership complianceProvide training and support to sales staff on incentive programs and processesRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar incentive coordination role, preferably in the auto industryStrong understanding of incentive programs and manufacturer guidelinesExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPrior experience with Chevrolet and/or Cadillac brands is a plusEEOC Statement:Les Stanford Chevrolet and Cadillac is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
