Wage:

$28 - $36 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duties of the

In

house field service advisor:
Handle service and troubleshooting inquiries, offering effective solutions to client issues
Demonstrate expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment aspects
Manage document files using Adobe Acrobat for client communication
Utilize company intranet for troubleshooting and support
Oversee parts orders and coordinate shipments via FedEx or UPS
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production team
Support new client installations and work with strategic partners
Provide phone coverage during absences and lunch breaks
Assist outside sales team with equipment-related customer service
Organize job files and customer records
Identify system replacement opportunities and collaborate with engineering for enhancements

Requirements of the

In

house field service advisor:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Acrobat for file creation
Previous field service technician experience is required
Mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical knowledge is advantageous
