Serve on the leadership team of, and as lead counsel for, the Companys ethanol business on all legal matters arising within the business, including contracting, governance, human resources, real estate, litigation, and regulatory issues. Manages legal relationship with joint venture partner. Serving as Assistant Corporate Secretary (DOE), perform corporate governance tasks for a publicly traded company and its subsidiaries including the drafting and review of documents submitted to the SEC, preparation of board materials, preparation of materials for subsidiary reorganization projects, drafting of board and committee resolutions, and providing advice on general corporate governance matters.
