We are looking for therapists / counselors who have been trained in, or who are interested in being trained in Evidence Based Programs such as, Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Parent Child Interaction Training (PCIT), Project SafeCare, Triple P: Positive Parenting Program, and/or Promoting First Relationships (PFR ). Our therapists: Maintain small caseloads, providing the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of high-risk children and families. Provide a range of clinical, advocacy, and concrete services tailored to each family. Work with families in their homes and, when applicable, community settings. Schedule client sessions at times that are convenient for families, and at times family members most need our help and support. WHAT WE OFFER

HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM Minimum Requirements: Graduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field; OR undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field and at least two years' experience working with children and families. Valid driver's license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements. Must reside in Kitsap or Pierce County, WA Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings, weekends and holidays).
