Effectively manage complex projects from inception to completionImplement multi-phased projects and apply project management best practices. Carta LLC is Carta's first step into alternative assets including Private Equity, Real Estate, Professional Services Organizations, Roll-ups, and other non-tech operating companies. To do this, Carta LLC must support the disparate equity structures, heavier reliance on documents, and multi-entity structures we see in these companies.
The Implementations team is responsible for onboarding LLCs or PE-backed companies onto the Carta platform. The team utilizes their advanced equity knowledge with exceptional client and project management skills to onboard companies and their data on the Carta platform.
About You:You have a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and offer creative solutions to meet customer needs. You possess a helpful and professional attitude and can exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issuesYou care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about client services. You have great people skills and a high degree of empathyYou are proficient in Excel and have experience with CRMs (Preferably: Salesforce)You are able to quickly learn and understand our SaaS platform configuration and troubleshoot system issuesYou have strong project management skills-must be able to manage multiple onboarding projects (40+) at a time, while providing timely follow up to clients.
