Netsuite Consultant - Implementation Specialist

Job Description:
As a Netsuite Consultant - Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding our organization through the implementation and optimization of Netsuite ERP. Working closely with our internal teams, you will assess our business processes, configure Netsuite modules, and provide training and support to ensure a successful deployment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging Netsuite ERP.
Conducting comprehensive assessments of current business processes and systems to develop implementation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Configuring Netsuite ERP modules to meet specific business needs, including Financial Management, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and CRM.
Customizing workflows, forms, and reports to optimize usability and efficiency.
Providing expert guidance and support to end-users during the implementation phase, including training sessions and ongoing assistance.
Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with Netsuite support as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Documenting all aspects of the implementation process, including configurations, customizations, and user guides.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in Netsuite ERP implementation and optimization, preferably in a consulting capacity.
Strong understanding of Netsuite ERP modules and functionalities, including configuration and customization capabilities.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
Proficiency in conducting business process analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Netsuite certification(s) preferred.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a 3-6 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
