The MSP Implementation Team is responsible for implementing contingent labor solutionsThe team works closely with stakeholders to provide holistic solutions for business groupsThe Implementation Manager manages client relationships and ensures successful implementation

Responsibilities
• Manage client relationships throughout the implementation life cycle• Drive key decisions and deliver best-in-class solutions on time and within budget• Manage activities of implementation project team members• Own and maintain project artifacts• Support project staff with logistics and administrative tasks• Ensure project deliverables are met and resolve issues• Identify project risks and escalate when necessary• Report to senior manager and oversee implementation consultant• Travel as required
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering complex solutions• Proficient with MSP solution concepts and practices• Ability to summarize technical information and prioritize tasks• Excellent consulting, negotiating, and communication skills• Experience with fast-paced projects or teams• Proficient in MS Office and creating project plans• Independent and self-learning• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• PMP certification preferred• Ability to travel up to 25%
