Position Summary:
Join our team as an Image Reviewer/Data Entry Specialist where precision meets efficiency. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in accurately identifying license plate numbers, state codes, plate types, and adhering to specific business rules. Utilizing TransCore's comprehensive Training Guides, you'll become adept at identifying various state plates from all 50 states. With training, our specialists typically identify an average of 600 or more image sets per hour while upholding our stringent accuracy standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Accurately identify project state plates, including prefixes, suffixes, or various plate types.
•Ensure correct identification of all other state license plates.
•Utilize established guidelines to reject unidentifiable license plates, providing appropriate disposition reasons.
•Achieve a productivity rate of 500 – 600 images per hour post-training.
•Monitor image quality and application performance, promptly addressing any issues.
Responsibilities:
•Review images from diverse sources such as traffic cameras and surveillance footage to identify and record license plate numbers.
•Utilize Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to extract text from license plates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
•Verify recorded plate numbers against actual plates on vehicles, conducting manual checks as needed.
•Enter license plate data accurately and efficiently into databases or software systems.
•Conduct quality control checks to maintain required standards for accurate plate number recognition.
•Collaborate with team members to rectify errors or discrepancies in the data.
•Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Demonstrated attention to detail.
•Proficiency in data entry with a minimum of 8,500 keystrokes per hour.
•Typing speed of 35+ words per minute.
•Familiarity with MS Office (basic level Outlook).
•Ability to adhere to work schedules and sit for extended periods.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
•Effective communication skills with a keen ability to follow instructions accurately.
Additional Requirements:
•Commitment to a 30-day no-absence policy upon hire.
•Successful completion of a drug screening.
•Clear criminal background check.
•Acknowledgment of the onsite nature of the position (no remote option available).
•Understanding that once the schedule shift is accepted, it cannot be changed.
SHIFT SCHEDULE:
Full-time - Day (M-F): 6:00 am-2:30 pm ($13 hourly)
Full-time - Night (M-F): 4:00 pm-12:30 am ($14 hourly)
Part-time - Weekend Day (Saturday & Sunday): 6:00 am-4:00 pm ($14 hourly)
Part-time - Weekend night (Saturday & Sunday): 4:00 pm-9:00 pm ($14 hourly)
