Responsibilities
• Participate in a training program to gain knowledge of the organization's technology stack• Collaborate with experienced professionals to understand day-to-day IT operations• Provide basic technical support to end-users• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems• Assist in routine maintenance tasks• Monitor system performance• Contribute to IT documentation• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology solutions• Work on special projects and initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field required• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications• Preferred knowledge of Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and PHP• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
