Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you'll:
Provide fire protection and life safety code consultation for diverse projects and clients
Conduct surveys, inspections, and reporting for healthcare facilities
Innovate by developing alternate method concepts
Collaborate with team members and clients, interfacing with Building/Fire authorities
Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our reach
Support the growth and development of our office and organization as a whole
Travel as required by company needs
Ideal Candidates Should Possess:
Experience in Fire Protection Safety Industry
Degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field
3+ years of relevant experience with ability to work autonomously
Knowledge of Building/Fire/NFPA Codes and Standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Motivation for personal and professional growth
Alignment with company values and dedication to client satisfaction
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is desirable
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and work independently
Excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects
Proficiency in Bluebeam Software (training provided)
Physical ability to carry and lift up to a 22-pound ladder, stand, and walk up ladders for extended periods
