Responsibilities: 1. Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize resources and outcomes. Coordinate project execution and communication between vendors and internal teams.
2. Competitive Intelligence Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the retail mobile industry. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and create actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
3. Strategic Planning and Business Analytics:
Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Utilize analytics tools and techniques to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and track progress against goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and priorities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in business planning, analytics, or related roles within the consumer electronics, mobile industry, retail industry. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to multi-task many projects Ability to develop or modify PowerPoint presentations Ability to write emails and send out meeting invites through outlook Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work at Samsung's office location. It's Great If You Also Have: Experience in retail mobile sales or marketing. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and software. Familiar with developing or modifying surveys Familiar with market insight vendors Previous experience with Samsung or similar organizations. Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Communications, Marketing or related field. Skills Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
