Job Description SummaryAs Recruitment Acceleration Leader in the HVDC segment, you will contribute to the energy segment by leading the hiring ramp-up for over 1,000 highly skilled positions globally in strong partnership with GSI technology and function leaders, talent acquisition and HR teams, and ensure accelerated time to hire. GSI is structured around 7 Regions, Product Delivery Groups and central Functions.If you are ready to make a difference and usher in a new era of energy, come join us.Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:Lead strategy to hire over 1,000 positions with a focus on Engineering & Technology and Project Management functionsDefine skills-based hiring plans and ensure quality of hires for critical skill shortages through strong partnership with business technology functional leaders and Project DirectorsProvide centralized inputs to Talent Acquisition, the internal skills development academy and hiring managers, supervise progress of hiring plans and graduate programs and set hiring prioritization via rigorous operating rhythms. Ensure on-time hiring and quick response in case of attrition.Ensure adherence to Rules of Engagement (standard work) from all parties involved to improve time to hire.Unblock complex recruitments for critical roles including the creation of contingency plans.Actively engage in expanding GSI's network of candidates through external partnerships (community management, associations, local events, etc) and develop a better understanding of our competitive positioning in the market as it relates to talent.Promote engagement with our employee referral program and utilize it in creative ways to build passive and active candidate pipelines in collaboration with talent acquisition.Qualifications:Senior recruitment experience, with Engineering background as a plusTrack record in hypergrowth technical environmentsDirect or Functional people management experienceHigh sense of urgencyRecruitment experience within a consultative recruiting model, HR Manager experience as a plus.Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and creatively problem solve.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided:No#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
