Responsibilities
• Plan and review maintenance and repair activities for building mechanical systems• Supervise HVAC staff and diagnose equipment issues• Monitor and maintain DDC control systems• Complete disciplinary actions, hire and promote employees, provide training• Schedule inspections and establish safety training• Review construction documents and ensure compliance with regulations• Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
• Skilled in operating high-pressure boiler plants and large centrifugal chillers• Knowledge of budgeting, equipment acquisition, and failure analysis• Experience in personnel management, including employment and performance evaluation• Familiarity with DDC control systems• Ability to schedule inspections and ensure regulatory compliance• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
