We have been serving residential and light commercial customers in the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan areas since 1973. We are a Premier Level Trane Comfort Specialist and offer company paid dealer training and NATE certifications.
We are Hiring a HVAC Service Technician! We are looking for someone with residential service, and annual maintenance experience. This position includes a take home vehicle and an excellent dispatcher!
What we have to offer: EMPLOYMENT BONUS OF UP TO $8,000 Take home company vehicle Dispatched from home Spiff / Bonus program Tool replacement program Boot and uniform program Company paid training and ultimate access to LMS training Dealer training for Trane Medical insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays 401K with match Company uniform / phone $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs What you will be doing: Providing service/maintenance/repair on a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment Excellent customer service Educating and consulting customers on repairs, replacement, and indoor air quality products Continual company paid dealer training and NATE Certification Overtime available Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years of service experience, or combination of education and experience Annual maintenance / clean & check experience EPA Certification Experience making repair and replace decisions Solid understanding of Superheat and Subcooled Ability to acquire Mechanical license within 2 years of employment Advanced customer service skills Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Pay Scale: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with overtime
