Responsibilities
• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment• Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems• Providing excellent customer service• Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions• Daily use of tablet• Consulting customers with repair and replace decisions• Presenting and educating homeowners on systems and products• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record• 5+ years of HVAC experience• EPA Universal Certification• Excellent customer service skills• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, oil, propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers• Experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment• High school diploma or equivalent• Certificate from an HVAC Technical School desired
