As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you'll typically work a 45 - 50 hour week with shifts ranging from 7 AM to 5 PM . Additional hours may be required during on-call rotations or to finish ongoing work. Flexibility and availability for on-call rotation are a must for this position.
PAY & BENEFITS An experienced HVAC Technician will earn a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000+ annually , plus bonuses based on performance metrics. Enjoy comprehensive benefits too ! This includes:

Job security (no layoffs since 2008) Fun workplace and company culture THE TYPE OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR A high school diploma or equivalent Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions Residency within 40 minutes of Master Services Strong customer service skills and a self-starter mentality Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team An associate degree is preferred. No experience is needed - we will train the right person through a paid apprenticeship program!
