Go-Forth HVAC
The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for installing and repairing various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. KEY RESULT AREAS: Utilize strong knowledge of quality standards to ensure CCM is meeting regulatory guidelines and customer expectations Act as the main point of contact for customers in regard to all quality standards, questions, and concerns Develop strategies and policies focused on improving quality standards Ensure the highest possible quality is achieved to exceed customer expectations Act as a strategic partner to achieve company goals focused on quality Collaborate with team members to develop their skills in an effort to obtain growth strategies Operate in a fast-paced environment to keep operations running smoothly Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of residential and/or commercial HVAC service technician experience (Required) Basic wiring, ductwork, gas piping, venting, and copper brazing experience Professional appearance Exceptional communication skills EPA Certification or willingness to obtain certification Personal tools needed to perform work Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards learning new skills and a mindset of getting the job done Self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision within a team-focused environment Ability to pass a criminal background check Valid driver's license Available to work overtime with the occasional weekend install as necessary Ability to meet physical demands. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 50lbs Variable working conditions crawlspaces LOCATION: The company is located in Gastonia, NC 28056.
