As a Residential HVAC Service Technician for Dear Services you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance and service tasks. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to build and present options that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

Requirements Proven track record of successful HVAC Installation 1 Year of Residential HVAC Service Experience Great Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of HVAC products and services Ability to travel to customer locations as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge.
