Pace Heating & Air, Albany OR. We have been proudly service Corvallis, Albany, and the surrounding area since 1996. We provide service, maintenance and installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
We are currently looking for a HVAC Service Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to join our team! Someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position is the initial contact with our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
What you will be doing: Answering incoming customer calls Schedule and dispatching technicians for service & maintenance calls Maintain the service technicians' daily schedules Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in Maintain customer maintenance agreement database & reports with current information Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times Perform general office tasks and special projects as assigned Qualifications / Skills: 2 + years related experience working in an office, customer service, schedule coordinating or equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced customer service skills Professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent and interpersonal communication skills Strong experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy Data entry, filing, and other general office duties Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and field technicians Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills High school diploma or equivalent Background check & drug screen service, service dispatcher, dispatcher, customer service, scheduling, appointment scheduler, customer rep, admin, administrative assistant, administrative person, receptionist, hvac dispatcher, dispatch, technical, green company, team, coordinator, service coordinator, call scheduler, answer phones, service customers, team coordinator
