Responsibilities
• Perform service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for customers• Maintain equipment to the highest standards• Build trusting relationships with clients• Travel to job sites and maintain schedule• Be available for emergency service needs• Document services and parts electronically• Participate in company-provided training opportunities• Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent• 2+ years recent HVAC/R Technician experience• Must live within 30 miles of position location• Valid driver's license• EPA Certificate• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills• Basic computer skills• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays
