Hvac/R Tech

HVAC/R Service Technician Responsibilities Inspect, repair, and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors. Provide service to all customers in your area by demonstrating your mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics. Communicate with manufacturers as needed, to help with diagnoses and parts identification Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory HVAC/R Service Technician Requirements 2 years of HVAC journeyman-level operation, maintenance, and repair experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration trade. HS Diploma or equivalent journeyman-level Ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends. Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (i.e EPA) Experience with commercial refrigeration equipment is a plus.
