Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in diagnostics, customer service, and system installations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems while effectively communicating solutions and maintenance recommendations to customers.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
Provide excellent customer service, including educating customers on system maintenance and performance enhancements.
Make recommendations to customers on additional services and products that could improve their air conditioning systems' efficiency and performance.
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all service work performed.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC diagnostics and repairs.
Proficient in new installations and knowledgeable about plumbing equipment and repairs.
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills to effectively communicate with customers.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Must be willing to work on a base salary plus commission structure.
Relevant certifications in HVAC technology (e.g., EPA certification).
Valid driver's license for 5 years.
