PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Project Manager (PM) position is a key role in the construction management of our commercial division, and a critical role in the success of each project. Our Plumbing and Mechanical Operations is expanding in Las Vegas, in particular in the Sports & Hospitality spaces. This is a great time to join a high performing company and contribute to the rapid growth in the Las Vegas valley.The Project Manager is primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating the project to complete the work safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Our project managers provide leadership to the project team and direct the success of the overall project from initial estimating through completion while ensuring adherence to company procedures. As a PM, you will have the opportunity to work alongside best-in-industry construction executives and field leaders. This role facilitates the planning and coordination of activities of assigned project to ensure that goals and objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.The PM role requires travel to job sites on a temporary or permanent basis dependent upon project team needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop goals and strategies in concert with executive management team and implement with your construction teams.Establish project objectives and strategies, policies, procedures and performance standards with executive management.Set up a workable schedule for job cost control, labor, material, equipment and subcontractors.Set up a pre-planning meeting with field superintendent, estimators, purchasing, engineer, foreman, and detailing.Work with Purchasing on all equipment and material buyout.Work with Project Team to ensure job drawings and change orders are up to date.Manage financial aspects of the contract.
