Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic environment? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Mechanic to join our team and contribute to the comfort and safety of our residents. performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of HVAC Systems throughout the community conducting preventive maintenance to ensure longevity and efficiency of our HVAC systems responding promptly to work orders and requests from various departments to address any HVAC issues and ensure resident satisfaction collaborating with the maintenance team to identify potential issues and implement solutions to enhance overall community safety and functionality. Our full-time HVAC Mechanics are scheduled 40 hours per week and will include weekend on-call rotation.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of recent HVAC experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare institution environment preferred. Certification in the use of freon recovery systems to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Solid understanding of maintenance procedures, mechanical systems, and other facilities-related equipment. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
