Responsibilities
• Provide service & maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.• Perform annual maintenance and tune-ups.• Develop and improve HVAC troubleshooting skills.• Educate customers on indoor air quality products.• Deliver high-end customer service.• Discuss and understand the importance of planned service and system enhancements.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.• 1 year of HVAC experience.• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification.• Preventative maintenance and tune-up experience.• Willingness to invest in tools and training.• Able to work with ladders and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.• High school diploma or equivalent.
