Safely and efficiently installing cutting-edge HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Engaging with clients to explain the process and address their questions, ensuring a stellar service experience. Upholding the highest standards of safety and quality during each installation, following detailed protocols and specifications. Collaborating with a dynamic team to meet project timelines and exceed quality expectations. Conducting meticulous inspections post-installation to ensure every system runs perfectly from day one. Maintaining a spotless work environment, respecting client premises, and properly disposing of all materials. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead HVAC installer Must have EPA Certification Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
