Pay $50,000.00-$80,000.00 yearly Benefits Medical Dental Vision Responsibilities Execute the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including fabricating and installing ductwork and other system components. Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot and repair HVAC system components to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. Conduct thorough system tests to verify proper operation and identify any potential issues or inefficiencies. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements. Safely handle refrigerants according to industry regulations and best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HVAC needs and expectations, providing professional and customer-focused service. Work closely with other professionals, such as electricians and construction workers, to coordinate and integrate HVAC systems into overall building plans. Prioritize and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for oneself and others. Ensure all HVAC installations and repairs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about industry advancements, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, guiding them to optimize system performance and efficiency. Contribute to efficient and high-quality HVAC installations, promoting comfort and functionality in various settings. Address challenges effectively, applying problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in HVAC systems. High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship 2-5 years of practical experience in HVAC installation EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling OSHA 10 certification (Ability to obtain within 30 days of employment) Technical proficiency in tasks such as reading blueprints, troubleshooting, and ductwork fabrication In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and functions Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to HVAC installations Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Strict adherence to safety protocols Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment Accurate documentation of work performed, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
