Responsibilities
• Understand project schedules, milestones, submittals, and contract documents• Coordinate with other trades for HVAC/piping installations within project scope and schedule• Manage project crews for the installation of HVAC and Duct Systems• Ensure safe performance of personnel and equipment• Implement and enforce company tool policy• Complete necessary paperwork, reports, and disciplinary actions
Requirements
• 5 or more years of experience as a mechanical foreman on commercial HVAC construction projects• EPA Universal Certification• Master or Journeyman HVAC Tradesman Certification (preferred)• Experience with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water or boiler systems (preferred)• OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred)• Positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and language skills• Experience overseeing job site personnel• Compliance with and promotion of company Safety Policy
