• Evaluate project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations.• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.• Conduct material take-offs to determine quantities and costs of HVAC components.• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects.• Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, proposals, and bid information.
Requirements
• 5 years of HVAC estimating experience.• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents.• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs.• Proficient in relevant estimating software.
