• 5 years experience in HVAC estimating• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience• Experience in Design-Build• Experience in a variety of project types• Developed skills in written, oral, and listening communication• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping• Quick Pen experience preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel• Good time management and verbal/written communication skills• Ability to work well in a team
