Life Insurance Responsibilities Bid Coordination: Effectively coordinate and manage all facets of the estimation process, from receiving bid notifications to ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions. Take-Offs and Budgeting: Conduct comprehensive take-offs, meticulously analyze project requirements, and develop accurate budgets that align with project specifications. Customer RFQ Responses: Respond promptly and professionally to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), providing detailed and competitive estimates that showcase our capabilities and value proposition. Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to estimates, ensuring accessibility for reference and review. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and insights for accurate estimations. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and construction methodologies, contributing to ongoing improvements in estimating processes and strategies.
