Job Summary This position focuses on managing and optimizing processes and systems to support the overall company administrative and HR functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in company systems/tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Job Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks Review and approve all purchase orders to: Ensure accuracy of information (vendor, product, amount, timeliness). Align with demand planning to coordinate in market dates of products. Coordinate cashflow implications with the finance organization. HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Technology Maintain the HRIS platform Rippling and other tools (i.e. Oracle) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance requirements. Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations. Payroll and Benefits Administration Prepare payroll and benefits allocations to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Resolve payroll discrepancies and assist employees with payroll-related inquiries. Support annual benefits open enrollment and ongoing administration. Process Improvement and Project Management Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and implementing process improvements. Participate in global HR projects such as system implementations, process redesigns, or policy enhancements. Employee Communication Monitor and update all internal employee communications platforms, such as the Employee Portal and Global Employee Communication Teams Channel. Schedule and send internal announcements and other communications to appropriate stakeholders. Training and Development Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Excellent project, priorities, and time management skills. Accustomed to managing expectations of multiple stakeholders - i.e. HR, business, regional/country leaders. Experience with using and handling HRIS platforms and internal company systems, such as expense or record management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in written and verbal English language. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Prior professional experience with project management, operations, or HR-related field (2-3 years). Requirements: Remote Work: Adequate home office setup, including a quiet and distraction-free workspace, ergonomic chair, and high-speed internet access. Ability to work effectively from a remote location, ensuring a professional and organized environment conducive to focused work. Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, collaboration platforms) to engage in virtual meetings and discussions. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,227.55 - $41,220.27 per year
