Position Overview:
We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our HR department, championing the management and implementation of our foundational HR operational processes and initiatives. This role is designed for a proactive, strategic thinker who excels in collaborative environments and brings a proven track record in enhancing HR operational systems. Your scope will include pivotal areas such as compensation, benefits, and HR Information Systems (HRIS), among others. By ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations and delivering exemplary HR services, you'll also enjoy the benefits of a flexible telecommuting schedule, allowing for a harmonious work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable strategies and tools to refine HR operations, ensuring efficiency in benefits administration, HRIS, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Lead the management of employee data, upholding the highest standards of data security in accordance with company policies and privacy regulations. This includes overseeing vendor and contract management for HR processes.
Conduct comprehensive organizational analyses to identify enhancement opportunities, driving the development and execution of strategies that align with our business goals.
Employ change management techniques to seamlessly navigate the organization through structural and procedural transitions, minimizing operational disruptions.
Mentor and guide the HR operations team, setting clear objectives and fostering an environment of growth and productivity.
What We're Looking For:
A charismatic leader with the ability to inspire and engage teams, coupled with a knack for establishing robust communication and relationships.
Expertise in change management, with a focus on supporting and guiding organizational adjustments.
Proficiency in project management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, trust, and problem-solving.
A strategic influencer, adept at articulating compelling arguments to garner support for initiatives.
A commitment to integrity, diplomacy, and discretion, particularly in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Technological savviness, with an aptitude for leveraging technology to enhance HR operations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of six years in progressively responsible human resources roles, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related field. Relevant advanced degrees and certifications are highly valued.
