This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set and grow in a fast-paced environment on a dynamic team. If you have a passion for human resources and a desire to contribute to organizational success, we want to hear from you! Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:  Provide leadership over the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency for the corporate and manufacturing-sitesFoster positive employee relations and engagement through effective policies and programs and own the investigation processes when necessaryOwn the onboarding, benefits and payroll processes as neededEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations and make updates to HRIS systems accordinglyHuman Resources Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions Work 5 days onsite in Wheaton, ILTravel as necessaryStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
