Travel as necessary (minimum approximately 30-40%) Ability to use computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing, HR databases and email. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively handle issues. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change. Demonstrated ability to critically analyze a complex problem and develop solutions to that problem. The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification. They are not construed to be an exhaustive list of all job duties performed by the personnel so classified.
REAL ALLOY is an equal opportunity employer and supports diversity in the workplace. Qualified applications will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
