The Human Resources Manager will provide support to the Senior Human Resources Manager and the HR departmentResponsible for overall human resources function and communication with employeesContribute to the overall success and well-being of the organization

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees• Design and deliver orientation programs for new hires• Assess and address training needs of employees• Implement mechanisms for collecting employee feedback• Develop and manage employee recognition programs• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations• Utilize HRIS to streamline HR processes• Traveling to various school locations• Familiarity with HRIS software, especially Paycor• Understanding of benefits administration and payroll
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management• Familiarity with HRIS software, especially Paycor• Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR staff• Strategic thinking, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills required• High level of integrity and discretion• Strong organizational acumen and commitment to employee development and engagement
Benefits
