Seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 for Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, PAProvide on-site support to Sodexo managers and 200 hourly union employeesHeavy focus on hourly staff recruitment, on-boarding, training, and labor relations

Responsibilities
• Support HR functions for front-line staff including employee relations, on-boarding, training, payroll, legal compliance, benefits, worker's compensation, and FMLA• Manage application/resume file• Recruit with a focus on front-line recruiting• Manage payroll set-up and problem resolutions• Present HR related training for unit managers• Build relationships with multiple levels of the organization• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation skills• Solid understanding of HR functions and policies and procedures
Requirements
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience• 2 years of management experience• 2 years of experience in HR
