What We're Looking For:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
Recruitment - Coordinate the recruitment process for Full Time in-office staff, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with company culture. Onboarding - Facilitate the on-site onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion. Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for Full Time employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Promote positive employee relations by fostering a culture of open communication, respect, and collaboration. Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. HR Policies and Compliance - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by providing training and guidance to employees and managers. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, updating policies and practices accordingly. Performance Management - Support the performance management process by assisting managers with goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Identify opportunities for employee development and training to enhance individual and team performance. Benefits Administration - Research and support administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Serve as a resource for our in-office employees regarding benefit options, enrollment, and eligibility requirements. HR Reporting and Analytics - Compile and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights for decision-making purposes. Prepare regular reports for management on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction. Why Join PSQ Productions?

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the events or entertainment industry. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Google Workspace; Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Asana and Slack.
