Our client in Huntersville is currently seeking a seasoned and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's human resources functions and contributing to various aspects of our business. This role encompasses a well-rounded set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Billing And Clerical Support

Assist with billing and clerical tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Benefits Administration

Work with benefit brokers to address employee inquiries and manage benefit-related processes.
Handle employer questions regarding benefits and assist in escalations as needed.

Payroll Management

Oversee payroll processes using Paychex, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Address and understand compliance issues related to payroll, especially in a multi-state environment.

Compliance

Navigate compliance issues associated with different states and ensure the company's adherence to all regulations.

Business Sense

Bring a well-rounded business sense to the role, contributing beyond traditional HR responsibilities and understanding the broader context of the company's operations.

Multi-State HR

Manage HR functions across different states, addressing unique challenges and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, preferably using Paychex.
Familiarity with benefits administration and working with benefit brokers.
Knowledge of compliance issues, especially in a multi-state environment.
Well-rounded business acumen with the ability to contribute to various business functions.
